Do any of you guys know a canadian carrier that has international long distance not split up by region and gives you a set amount of minutes instead of the .**/min type thing? if not the second one a decent international rate would be nice and instead of a new topic in Japan, japan. what are some of the rate plans offered in japan? probably asking the impossible
