The circuit seem be like: naomi supply power -> baseboard -> motherboard -> back to baseboard, l baseboard/motherboard connect with supply xbox. You'd probably want to use JVS input devices. An alternative is to hook up a normal xbox controller to the USB (which still seems to work on most Chihiro games). Note that the normal debug kernel doesn't ("shouldn't have" - if microsoft didn't screw it up..) have support for JVS or the mediaboard though. I don't really get why you would want to waste a chihiro for this. If you want a modded xbox get a modded xbox. It's cheaper, easier and you don't have to sacrifice a Chihiro. Chihiros are somewhat rare already and the benefit of having a debug system, compared to a modded system, is marginal to most users.
