Modbo 5 Install - Unable to load config file

I have installed a modbo 5 chip into my ps2 and since then. I get an error message stating 'unable to load config file'

Not much info on google. Please help

 

Was in the same boat last week. There's 2 solutions:
1) insert a USB stick with the system files (taken from http://rkbcomputing.co.uk/installing-modbo-5-0-in-playstation-2/)
2) disable the default menu it boots to - power on with triangle + circle pressed, then change the default boot option to 'auto'
