Modchip for PS2 Slim SCPH-90001 (is there someone to do it?)

Hi! I would know if someone of you guys here can mod some of my PS2 Slim SCPH-90001 (USA) to play backups from PS1 (CD-R) and PS2 (CD-R / DVD-R) from PAL, USA or JAP. If possible also CD-RW or DVD-RW.
Quantity of PS2 SCPH-90001 (4-5 units ready to MOD.), Important things: No custom screen! (you have to keep the start-up screen original)
Do not want to see Infinity, Matrix or other titles/logo on the screen. (everything need to be clear like from factory) it's easy

I know to can be done just because time ago I got one modded PS2 like that (just do not running RW discs) but in the years I damaged the PS2 and now are without.
If there are modder to can do a GREAT work and not a shitmod... please let me know.
I need to know your prices and from where are you, the units is located in USA.
