US Modded consoles

Prices do not include shipping. I'd have to severely overcharge to account for international costs and that simply isn't fair to those who live in the US where I can use much cheaper rates for domestic shipping. I also cannot account for changes in pricing for USPS/UPS/FedEx which may short change buyers.

I bought this thing thinking I'd use it as my daily driver 3DS but I find it kinda ugly, much prefer it in full color. It's sat on a shelf in the box only being opened twice: once to verify the contents and a second time to install the arm9loaderhax and take this picture.

You get everything in the picture:

No charger unfortunately, Nintendo decided to stop shipping 3DS consoles with them because obviously the only people buying another 3DS would already have a power cable right?

I realize that seems steep but I'm willing to negotiate and I am always open to trades. I don't have a list on hand of things I'm looking for but I can generate one upon request. Optionally I can include a 256gb SD card instead for $150 more. They're not cheap that's for sure. I also don't sell modded 3DS consoles on the regular so I honestly don't know what the usual going rate for such a product is let alone when done to a brand new, limited edition version that was out of stock before the first day of pre-orders was over.

I'm liquidating my stock. I don't have the time to repair all of this anymore/ Most of it is ugly, a sizable fraction works. Some stuff is modded, some stuff is rare. It's all *cheap*. No cables are included or controllers. If you need any mention it in your PM and I'm sure I've got plenty of everything but it's all over the place and I'd rather build custom bundles.

Prototype XBox - $100 - it's some hybrid created to test out what looks like a 1.6 mobo. Sports a Phillips drive. Someone opened it to softmod it, I've restored it to stock best I can. Some interesting stickers inside, maybe a beta kernel is on there.

I'd prefer to sell to a US resident as shipping internationally always has the possibility of losing the item and this is something rather hard to replace. International shipping is also verrry expensive and I will not do anything less than trackable priority mail with insurance covering it. That said if you're willing to foot the bill I'll ship anywhere but Brazil and Russia (the only two countries where I've lost packages after it left customs on their side).

 

I have the very same setup.

I had to pay nearly $350 for mine to get it from scalpers so 400 is reasonable imo.

I'm pleasantly surprised at how much better the arm9loaderhax runs than the emunand setup I had on my o3DSXL. I didn't mind waiting for the 20-30 second boot time and out of hundreds of boots I maybe had it hang once or twice but from what I'm seeing it's nearly brick proof, future proof, and if I let someone use my 3DS there is a much lesser chance of them assuming the thing is broken and start dicking with it.

 

Yeah the 3DS scene is really amazing so far. I guess the moral of the story is that even if its for piracy, any hack is good the earlier the better. It seems to me that the scenes with the best and broadest homebrew are the systems that had hacks early in their life.

Like the Wii and DS.

Sure, but it won't be cheap. If you're serious I'll package it and get a shipping quote. It's $45 just to ship a medium flat rate to the UK and XBoxes weigh about 10lbs? PM me if you're still interested.

Update: Dreamcast #5 is now fully functional and I'm bundling cables and a VMU with it. The bottom half of the case has minor damage along the top edge where the two halves meet.

 

I am seriously interested how much will shipping cost because shipping might be expensive can you go a bit lower on the price?
