    Pretty rare item popped up on Goodwill's website. It's a Halo (or European?) edition OG Xbox with front X3 control panel and LCD screen + USB ports. Pretty hard to come across now days. Bidders, be ready to part with a pretty penny for this.

    It's a 1.6, so it should be a Halo, as those can be either 1.2, 1.4, or 1.6. As far as I know, the Canadian/European translucent green Xboxes were all 1.4.

    And damn. I don't get why these X3s are always so expensive. Why not just TSOP flash?

    the alphanumeric screen does not work with TSOP flash, it only works with a dedicated modchip.
