Modded PS-2 V7 w/ Modbo 4.0 1.93 in Blue Ghost case

    Did this for a friend this weekend? It has a 250 gb hd with hdlaoder on dev 2 installed, network adapter, matching controller.

    Very nice! I never knew you could solder all the BIOS points to pads, the instructions I've seen always show some pads and some directly to the BIOS chip legs. Is this something unique to the American V7 or did you use an alternate location?

    I followed the diagram I got from Eurasia for usa v7 but you can do either way. Oops that is a pic of a v14 I did too last week. Just changed pic to right one.

    Amazon has them for $20.
