    Mayumi v4 is a stealth chip, as the USA psone doesn't have the extra bios check - this chip that you also use on the phats, works on the slim psone.

    The UK psone has an additional check in the bios and only the onechip modchip allows imports to work. Using a "normal" chip would allow pal backups to work but no imports (original or backup)
