take the time and watch part 2.

There's a DS unit, officially made by Nintendo, that has no buttons at-all! just the two screens.

You won't have to wait long, before Shigeru starts talking about "Modified Nintendo DS units that communicate with a central system" for navigation purposes within the Poetry Museum, in Kyoto (i think).

For those of you living in Japan, I think a visit is due ;)

I m sure all of us here would be dying to see those little obscure, unreleased and I m sure, rare Officialy modified DS units. Who knows, maybe you can make friends with the janitor ;)

Poetry museum of Kyoto? Wow, I'm going to visit Kyoto this summer - asking for one of those units is a must, maybe they have kept some of them in reserve and a 10'000yen note always helps:lol:

LOL, that's one way to use up your old batch of DS original systems I guess.

Am I the only one who can't stand Miyamoto? Can someone provide a time index for the DS?

Just wanted to say good choice on the Wiki engine. I use pmWiki at the office :) Hopefully I'll stumble across something useful to contribute.

Wonder how big the deposit is you probably have to give when taking these in the museum..

I imagine the deposit will be less pricey that the price you can ask for in the black market for such a rarity.

Eh, it's rather useless outside the museum. ;)

a SNES-CD Expo item without the System Cart is useless too, but I know some people willing to pay more than 10K for it;p
