    How difficult is this?

While I really want one of the SEGA Saturn USB controllers that Yakumo offered to sell me, but I was thinking of going another route. Sure, I can get that neat Hori Gamecube pad as well, but I thought it would be fun and a nice learning experience to modify a controller for my gaming experiences.

I saw this on eBay but 100$+ is a bit unecessary, at least in my opinion. But, I would like to use an old Neo Geo joystick.

    Just curious.

There is someone online who sells conversion kits that are $20. Basicily you solder in a chip to the controller and then solder the wires to the usb plug. Let me see if I can find you the link to the site.
