Anyone else looking forward to this games English release? I was a big fan of the original Monster Hunter for PS2 and played it online. I have been playing the other ones off and on since then. Tri looks to be pretty fun and a few of my friends are picking up a copy and playing it online as well. I may buy a Wii just to play this game. Been wanting a Wii anyways for a couple of other games. I won't have a HD TV to readly play it on though, as I mostly just have older consoles and so play them on my 36" Sony Trinitron instead of having them look like crap on a HD TV.
Been playing the Japanese version alot. It's great! I also pre-ordered the German bundle with Wii Speak.
Looks very promising!!! Why the bundle with Wii Speak? Will the game use it for the online mode? I see there's a bundle coming up with a black classic controller pro.
Yes, it will be using Wii Speak for the online mode. The Limited Edition comes with the Classic Controller Pro, Wii Speak, and a monster figure toy.
If I manage to get all the money up in time, I'll be buying the limited edition as well as a new Wii.
