Here are a few pictures of some of the clones I saw in Singapore. Nothing too special really but maybe someone will like them. GAME CITY - I quite like this one because it looks like a squashed Saturn POWER PLAYER - Typical dull looking clone in a pad PLAY-BOY-PLAY (Super Kid) - Well you've got to give them an award for a stupid console name. FUN STATION III (The Poly Machine) - WOW !! This must be a real playststion if it says "The Poly Machine" on it. Or could it just be a dull PSX looking Famicom clone in a box ripped off the N64 Box graphical style? PRO SOCCER STATION - This clone brings back memories of all those stupid PSX FIFA Freaks. I wonder why? NASTY LOOKING GBA - This is in fact just a crappy LCD game. MORE NASTY LCD GAMES PIKACHU VS POPO - Nasty LCD game that looks like a GameBoy Yakumo
my friend has some weird game thing with a n64-ish controller with a lot of nes games built in. some changed, some not...
good post. i don't know why , but i love to hate clones! :smt043 anyway, this is a n64 style box , not snes. ;-) this remind me the neptune! am i the only one to think it look like it? anyone? i hate the line saying '' be ready for the future of....'' , i hate it! that's maybe why i dislike clones so much , they copy everything and they lie! :smt071
Oh yes, that's right. I'd better change my post. The Game Station does look like the Neptune now that I think about it. Yakumo
BEWARE!! there is an "impossible" tae kwon do game on it! :smt042 :smt042 :smt042 somebody just got his ass kicked. J/K
Was there much in the way of games there? Like mountains of Famicom pirate carts or anything? Heard before that the government cracked down on most of that stuff before, but if clone consoles are out there there must be some games.
Talk about necro-posting BTW: Funstation and GameStation (another famiclone) can be found in many shops here in Argentina.
the so called "nasty looking GBA" is actually a rare handheld called the game king it has some very decent games for it
That N64 looking famiclone is known as the Super Joy 3 nowadays. I have one with a Famicom cart slot in it. These things seem to be the base for a lot of mini and handheld NES projects.
