hello again, seems that according to many people/places, my FDS is in need of a reader alignment adjustment. Question is that how exactly do I do this?

    http://www.dcn.ne.jp/~asuka/index.files/ds_hokan/disksystem.html

I have been using this site as a source with help with the repaired belt, but its in total japanese, and I cant understand anything else. To be honest, when it comes to the reader fix, I have no idea what parts are which. (I got one person, telling me to adjust the shaft, etc) So, i am asking for one of 2 things.

    1. Someone who can contact me (or vice versa) that will (out of pity) help me with the adjustment

    2. A place that I can send this away to get properly repaired ( a totally trustworthy place/person) thanks for your time

*looks at link on changing belt and re-aligning heads*

    Sweet Jeezus! :Hangman:

I would just stick it on ebay and buy a new one that works...

Unfortunately, only 1/15 FDS to this day work. Its 100% necessary now to replace belts because they're on their way out no matter how well you take care of it. The same thing generally goes with Famicoms. eBay is a huge dumping ground for Famicom things, people sell everything as is and still people buy it up. Its really sad. Famicoms when broken cannot just be fixed. 90% of the time, broken Famicoms have fried CPUs, not an easy fix.
