    It wasn't released with this title. I'm sure they do have other golf games which were released in europe thou.

    Only you can boot it up and tell for sure, but here are scans of the covers and disc to the PAL version. Same name from the same company and same year (1999). It's only about $2 on ebay (plus s/h). :)
