Just wondering, if you look at your collection does it mainly consist of domestic or import games? Domestic for this poll is the country you live in, assuming that you have lived there for 2 years or will be at least.

For me most of my games are Import (Japanese and I mainly live in the UK) as I much prefer the boxes, artwork and general care and attention that you dont seem to get in the west.

Just in case anyone is confused, if you live in the UK have 30 games and 15 are them are the European, 10 are American and 5 are Japanese then you have more Domestic (Europe) games then import games. If you live in America and have 20 games and 15 of them are Japanese and 5 are American then you have more Import (Japan) games then domestic games.

I mostly buy sweden sold PAL games for some stupid reason :p
I think it has to do with the fact that it feels wrong to mix up my collection with NTSC games and also, having NTSC games makes it hard to borrow games to/from friends, or something like that..
Thought I do have some SFC games.

Import from the states. Hate those EU cases, and it's cheaper and faster.

I only have a few japanese games, so mostly all of my stuff is american. Seeing as I live in the US it sort of makes sense. =)

PAL games are shite compared to NTSC ones. Frame rate / release date / price are the main reasons for me. Now Ebay has come along importing is easy, but before I had to buy from import shops using mail order. Games would cost me £60 for a new PSX game back in 1999......ouch.......now just £20.

Mostly US for me in the US, but I have had and still have some japan imports. I'd have more if shipping from japan was cheaper.

Domestic, European..I don't think I'm coordianted enough to manage importing all my stuff, I'm sure I'd blow something up eventually due to the power difference.

My DS library is rather diverse though (in regional terms).

Domestic Europe too. I agree Pal games were rip off having to wait months for a game to have a higher price than the Japan or the US. Brings me back to the days when N64 games were 50 pounds new :p

I have this same feeling. Almost all my games are Pal releases and I only get those Ntsc games that don't have a Pal version.

I tend to get quite a lot of PS2 games when I'm in the US, but I can't bear not buying anything every time I go into town, so mostly PAL for me (I go to France quite often, where used PS2 games are a lot cheaper, too).
It varies per system though, I have quite a lot of JPN Saturn & DC games, but even more PAL ones.
