Well, its a game by Sony themselves to I think the maker of that video just wanted to vent his anger about Motorstorm's crappy graphics in comparison to the first trailer with so called "ingame scenes" ^__^

 

that was motor storm ... i played it at walmart that one had better grfx than the ps3 version.

That would be my guess, looks really cool and after you wonder why you need a PS3...
