I don't know where to start..but... i'm born i Brazil in Belo Horizonte. I live in Sweden, i've quit the Gymnasium (after 9th class you go to gymnasium for 3yrs and then university) and been working to clean glass, knifes and stuff like that in a café. Seriously, realy boring stuff but it have been OK. I was in Brazil one year ago and realy felt that i want to get back here. Right now, i can't come in anywhere and i can't get any other jobs either. So i want to start a "new life" becouse i'm getting realy depressed here. ;-) (bad weather, no new people, can't get any other jobs and can't get into any school either (i'm 18...) and, if i'm getting into any school i have to work my grades up and stuff like that...! Don't want to do that in Sweden. So, i've been thinking of moving to Brazil again and study there instead or get some sort of job there or something. Becouse i'm born in Brazil i'm a Brazil citizen and shouldn't need some sort of visum. But, the problem is...where should i study? What school is there in Belo Horizonte? (i want to work with media or 3d art or something creative (music?)) What does it coest per month to rent an apartment? (let's say a cheep and small apartment with 1 room, toilet and a little kitchen...(but not in the favélas!:fresh: )) Is it hard to get a job? How should i learn the language? Is it hard to "survive" (get a job, get somewhere to live and get food) in Belo if you doesn't have anything more than 9yrs school experience, experience from being a disk washer, only a few contacts (but rich ones! :icon_bigg) and nearly no money (let's say around 300USD to "start with")? --- Of couse i now that this isn't the best forum to post things like this on...but i don't know any other english forum. Can someone give me some tips? And no "Why not stay in Sweden?", "Isn't it better to give Sweden a try atleast?", "Isn't it too early to move away from home?" and stuff like that. It's moving to Belo Horizonte (or maybe some other place...but Belo is the only place that i have contacts in and have been in (okey, i've been in Natal and Rio, but that's all) or working as a disk wascher some more yrs here.
Hmm, have you tried a brazilian forum? MP me and I could share some links. Since you are "near", try checking Opera's job page(http://www.opera.com). I was just checking there but I have no intention($$) to move there, so I can't apply . Btw, I live in Pará(way up north, in case you wonder).
