Mr. Backup Z64 Self test error help

No idea about the SD part. I've been using one of those ultra-common chinese CF-to-IDE adapters and never had a problem. Before that, I had a 2.5'' HDD that also gave me no trouble whatsoever. BIOS (same for both drives) came from here iirc. It supports multiple partitions, too, so if you omit region dupes and some sports games, you can fit everything and never need to open the Z again.
