THere is no other way to say it. I bought a PS2 power supply that was suppose to switch between 110 and 220 to replace the 220 ony in a Pal 5000 test system. The power supply does not work so I asked for an exchange and they said no. I would not recommend anyone buying from them if they will not take care of their customers
Never heard of them. Buying chips or parts for consoles can be very tricky as you really can't trust any site. Most of them are based from Austria. Maybe they didn't have a return policy for console parts, especially third-party parts like a PSU.
They had a policy on defective items but it would seem they do not honor it. I found one on ebay and bought it should have done that in the first place. Since the power supply should work fine for 220, no switch for 110 as they stated I will have to post it in the for sale section. One of our UK buddies probly could use it. i also have the original 220 that came out of the test system I won form dickbow. nothing should be wrong with it otherwise than I need 110
Is this a Playstation PSU? I used to buy them from China - they're auto-switching! Just plug it in and it should auto-detect. If they won't take it back, then report them to your local trading standards office (or whatever you have over there / in their country, if different).
