Allegedly there was a demo of DtU that had support for cooperative play, but it got "recalled" because it "did not represent the final product".

Been looking for this for years now, but all I've been able to find is a non-interactive video. I know it's a huge crapshoot, but I just thought I'd ask here and see if anyone has any leads. Thanks.

You should link to the russian site, i'm sure everyone here has an antivirus. Also there's no point in infecting abandonware with trojans >.< ....

Ok here is the link. I use NoScript so I have no idea what this link actually does.

Apparently it was on a cover disc for Computer Gaming World, the January 1997 issue (either #149 or #150, depending on which website you believe).

Archive.org has a collection of CGW discs, but not that one: http://archive.org/details/cgw-coverdiscs And my first CGW was...October 1998 I think? The one that had full version RPGs on it (Wasteland, Betrayal at Krondor, Ultima IV, Might & Magic...).

    Getting closer!

Ok! How about this one... It isn't an AVI, it says "demo" (in Russian) but I suppose it could be the full game. I don't think I have the game myself so I wouldn't be able to say. I did download it and opened it with Winrar and see it has a setup. It has this in the readme.

Awesome, looks like you found it =)

Now I just need to dig out a system that will actually run it (DOSBox is too slow, and IIRC I had issues trying to get it to run in VDMSound).
