I think that is no threat about it. http://www.neo-geo.com/forums/showt...-in-1-AES-Limited-Edition-Brand-new-condition
Yet more profiteering scum in the Neo scene. What a crock of fake shite. Would sit well with NGF shite though for those sad cunts that like turds on a shelf. Plus you can buy this on MVS for 1/5 of the price. Wankers!!!
Not sure what you mean. These Multi-Carts such as this one are not "26 gigs" or "161 games". The number of games is padded up by including alternate versions of games which only require changing the Program ROMs causing a minimal size increase. Ofcourse when "calculating" their "gigs" of memory they likely do not know of this or ignore this fact to make it sound more impressive and ofcourse the original pirates just want that games number to be really impressive looking. I have one of the MVS multi-carts. It actually works quite well. Nothing is cut. But there are a fair number of hacked versions I don't care about. And there are a number of earlier MVS games that aren't even on it that would be nice to have. Also for whatever reason it seems like none of these cartridges can handle King of Fighters 2000. Anyway this "creation" probably was complicated because normal conversions take existing AES cartridges which are populated by the same ROM chips and swapping them with ones from MVS carts. But here the pirates probably had to make new PCBs since AES and MVS carts are not compatible and they still needed their PCB layout and hardware for the multi-game function. Still it is far too expensive. Particularly for an illegal bootleg. I thought the appeal was to get a bunch of games for cheap. I mean I guess for AES this would be true still. But for that price you could probably buy most games you want for MVS or atleast a bunch you want plus your own AES<>MVS convertor. But clearly they feel someone will pay the price which if not in the NeoGeo group, I don't know what other group has such expensive items where something like this could even sell.
I'm pretty sure this is handmade by the seller. He probably parts the MVS multicart and puts them on custom AES PCB, adding the ZMC2 to the CHA board.
