    Hello Everyone,

Let me tell you: I have scoured the net. But I have a feeling that I have not scoured enough by lurking. Hence, I ask:

1.) Anyone here have any if we can replace the whole Powerboard of an scph-5501 with that of an scph-9001? I have both and I would simply plug them in and try. I fear that I might do irreparable harm, though.

2.) The LED's of these power boards. Any idea what their specs might be?

    Thanks everyone!

1)You can switch without any issues.
    2) It's a standard 3mm green led.

For shame... For shame... I just read the link and it does indeed have the info I need! For the LED, however...

What else should I know about them LEDs? Are there required voltages? Any LED one might recommend for this?

Leds that you are talking about can work on 1 volt - 4 volts, they are just standard leds nothing special ( go to ebay type led 3mm and you will find what you are looking for). Not sure about the lumas( unit used to measure light) ,but it doesn't really matter anything you find will be brighter. Leds also have a polarity, this means if you install them backwards they won't work (longer leg of any electrical component means its the positive leg) so just use a multimeter to figure out the polarity.
