Well, first I'll say some things about this collection. When the Mega Drive came out in Japan, I'm sure that many people alredy did know about it by magazines like TodoSega, Hobby Consolas, or whatever it was on that time. So, many shops did use the asian PAL version which was released in Hong Kong, Macao, Thailand, etc... An importable PAL version. Well, for my sister, for her 10th birthday (she's 25 now), my parents gave her one of those Mega Drives, and it was the family video game machine until the Dreamcast came out. I've passed all my first years of life (until I was 8 or so) with this, and a Mega CD 2, and it's sentimental value has no limits forme. Basically, what I collect is for playing, but this, this is something very sentimental. It brings me back really great memories. Since this collection is special for me, I intend to get everything in the best condition possible, that means, brand new. All the games are new, and the hardware was new too somewhen. XD As today, I have nine asian games, a Mega Drive (sister's), and a Mega Drive 2. Anyway, let's cut the chattery and go with the pics. All my asian games together. Mega Games 2. Oh wow, if I had only a MD and Mega Games from 1 to 6 as my only videogames, it'd be more than enough. I love this game. It's what Top Gun should have been, fast, great graphics, great music, AND LANDING ON THE AIRCRAFT CARRIER IS POSSIBLE. ;D Very recommended! Talespin. Bah, Those Disney games feel so... Similar :/ The only Disney game I LOVE is Aladdin, which I only saw it once ASIA in Ruten for 35€ CIB... Hard stuff. Super Hang On... AWESOME. THE BEST BIKING GAME IN A LOOOT OF TIME. One game from my early childhood that I've got to get again... How many time has passed since I didn't play it. Now I've gotta get Spiderman again... And Aladdin....... :crying: People says that it sucks, but I love it. I HATE THIS GAME. I saw it once in a used game shop and the idea of buying it and burning it passed thru my mind (not fast, mind you OH. Crying. Shooter, it's OK but the music is horrible. Quite uncommon. I can only say one thing about this. :icon_toil And those two are the jewels of the crown... Time passes, and nostalgia inavades us, implacable... They might we're godsend back then, but now they are impossible to get, they are really cheap, but veeeeeeeeery rare; I can get any SNK Neo Geo rare game, for example, Fu Un, Samurai Shodown 5 Special, Metal Slug 3, or any like those faster than Street Fighter 2 ASIA. Plus I missed three games which came up on eBay what is cracking me up so much. :crying:
There are quite a few Asian games that never got released in Japan, like Tale Spin, Greendog, would love to find a list of them one day. Nice collection, sometimes nicer to see then the hundreds of games that people show knowing that they never play most of them.
I always fine the Asia versions of Mega Drive games so funny. It's as if they never could decide on a final design. We have Japanese style carts with PAL style stickers, then we have the Asian only gold Mega Drive logo types and finally the pure Japanese games with an "Asia version" sticker on the case :lol: Still, great to see them again. The only Asian MD game I owned was Bare Knuckle II Yakumo
that's a nice collection. I have the asian version of one of the sonic games iirc (or maybe another one?) That's like the only asian MD Game I've seen for some time lol.
Mein freund Got a couple of others (crying, golden axe 3, sonic 2, sonic 3, world of illusion, mazin wars, side pocket) but can't put my hands on them as it's a bit of a mess in my room right now. Also have a couple of 32x games but the dumbass who sold them to me shipped them in letter T_T I'm still looking for the boxed 32x and the boxed multimega T_T

hehe, btw I checked now and it's sonic Spinball! Not sonic 2. No idea where I got this from tho. That was years ago.
You have a good taste in games, especially Golden Axe and Revenge of Shinobi were awesome back in the day and still are. edito you also collect european PAL games?
I'm not a full collector about PAL but I have around 15 PAL games. :nod: I just got SF2' DASH NTSC ASIA.
