My DC Dev Station doesn't turn on

I just got a DC Dev station and I tried to turn it on, but the thing turns on for like 1/2 a second and turns off...is my power supply bad? My DC Dev station itself bad? Can the PSU be replaced and if so, what kind do I need.

 

try unplug all scsi cable, and test power on.
if still same, try replace psu.

never mind, i switched power connectors and it turns on

now if i can figure out what the slide sw, rotary sw and dip sw does....
