the led's i ended up getting were far too small to surface mount properly in place of the old led's, so i actually soldered one end and wired the other, but it worked!
I could have sworn one of the xbox shell replacement groups said something about manufacturing replacement wii shells but I haven't heard anything lately =/
I think you will mean the "black katana" replacement case which is still yet to be released. Btw really nice led mod :thumbsup:
it only looks nice on the outside lol, it was a bitch dealing with the led's i used particularly since they were far too small to just re-use the existing solder points easily. I hope black cases are avail somewhere soon tho!
