my newest Nintendo Gamecube Modding

    Hi this is my newest Gamecube Modding project
    - solder a selfmade Xeno
    - LED Controller Port in green and blue
    - paint the XCM Viper Case Copper orange

    love the led's i plan on getting a gamecube to mod soon, and ps2 on the way. 2 consoles i never payed much attention to as i never had them myself the 1st time around.

    Hey I like the LED's! Are they mounted "in" the controller port or just outside?

    How did u get leds to shine thru the controller ports.post pic if possiable

    I wanted to add LEDs to the controller ports just like you. How did you do it? Do you have any pics?

    Ports are rather small are they not? It's most likely a 3mm LED glued into place, then a wire is ran to the fan power source. That's my theory anyway :p

    Or surface mount and using controller power source (3.3V) with a small current-limiting resistor. That was my initial plan but seeing that this guy already did it I would take his advices on how he did it properly.
