My Review: The SNES Everdrive vs. the Retrozone PowerPak

    Not unless the Super EverDrive gets a hardware upgrade. The Star Ocean hack is 96mbit and the Super EverDrive only has 48mbit.

    Everdrive only supports 48mbit, which is enough for any retail game afaik. Star Ocean is a hack to remove the need for a special chip, but it makes the game 96mbit (the chip handles decompression). AFAIK only the power pack has the available memory to run it, but it drives the cost up substantially.

    I don't see how the Everdrive could ever support it.
