    Stuff I'm looking for:
    1. Gamecube wavebird receivers, at least 1, maybe 2 or 3 depending on price
    2. PS/PS2 memory cards and controllers, certain colors only
    3. Sega master system a/v cables, controllers
    4. Sega Genesis A/V cables for model 1 and model 3
    5. PAL SNES/SFC controllers, not yellowed
    6. PAL SNES and SFC console, not yellowed and working
    7. PS2 vertical stands silver, white for slim, silver, white, aquablue, black and others for fat.
    8. Gamecube gameboy player disc, not important, but I have a "spare" gameboy player with no disc

I know I need a lot more stuff, but this is it for now. let me know prices, or if you want to trade, let me know

Offering paypal gift payments, but I have some stuff available to trade too. Can probably meet up in person in most of Southern California and pay cash too, but depends on what it is.

You should be able to purchase the Gameboy Player disc straight from Nintendo ~$10-15 (brand new)

Yikes really? I often find them bundled in with Gameboy Players at Gamestops here in the states but it is very hit or miss as they don't always have the disc. Found one that had the disc still sealed up, never used.

I do not know if this is true for US systems, but EU NES and SNES uses identical power supplies. I believe even the Nintendo part number is the same.

Also, at least in the NES, the voltage is lowered to 5v and converted to DC internally with a LM7805, which can be fed with up to 12 volts. At least theoretically you can replace the original power supply with anything that outputs between 7 and 12 volts. Probably you can go lower than 7 volts too, however, there is a voltage drop over the Graetz bridge in the LM7805 you'll have to compensate for, 5 volts won't do. AC or DC won't matter, neither will the polarity if you choose DC, the Graetz bridge will see to that.

If I remember it right, the original power supply outputs 9,8v AC. If you go higher voltage wise, the LM7805 will dissipate more heat, and I wouldn't bet that the cooling flange mounted on it in the NES is adequate for that, so I'd avoid it. If you go too close to 5 volt, you might as mentioned get problems with overcoming the forward voltage in the Graetz bridge. 9 volts would probably be just perfect.

It wouldn't surprise me at all if the SNES works the same way in this respect. If you're out for supplies to use, and not for your collection, it might be easier to just get any 9v power supply with the right connector (if you don't happen to have a broken PSU you can steal the secondary side cable from), that can deliver the same or higher current than the original one :)

You can? I thought Nintendo quit selling Gameboy Player discs a long time ago.

I'm not sure when they sold out.

For that matter GBA repair service is shut down too, I think happened earlier this month.
