True. There you go. That's the true point of the Big N's philosophy. Here's the link to the IGN Article. http://revolution.ign.com/articles/709/709560p1.html
I'm not suprised that Miyamoto replied to some of those questions in a humble way, that they are flattered Sony is copying them because Nintendo is doing the right thingj and always has been...
As for Sony and Microsoft's performances at E3, Miyamoto said: "They're talking about the next generation of the same old videogames - it's the same old experiences with new graphics. And while there are people who enjoy that, we're really talking about the next leap in interactive entertainment, and really bringing interactive entertainment not just to videogame fans but to everyone. Funny thing is, I dug out my old Issue #3 of EGM the other night and they were saying the same thing about the Power Glove and U-Force. Didn't exactly revolutionize or translate into a better medium for games though. Thus, I remain skeptical at best regarding the Wii...
One might suggest SuperGrafx that the philosophy itself is not flawed just how they handled the Power Glove and U-Force, they actually have the technology now to possibly pull this off. He's obviously trying to make Nintendo out to be the nice guys of the generation, quite a leap from evil monopoly.
I also heard that PS3 controller has lost it's vibration 'due to it interfering with the motion sensor'. I think they lost the court case so had to remove it!
Yeah, that's there cover story, I could possibly accept it depending on the technology but I'd definately agree that they are covering themselves about the lawsuit with that.
