A friends have a infogramme dreamcast. Its a rare and obscure dreamcast for us. We have try to found informations about this but ..... Its 2 or 3 years he try to know whats is it exactly. I have a Régulation 7 whit a number 4/10. We think its - maybe a price of a contest. - maybe a démonstration dreamcast from a international games show like E3/ TGS ( whats the seller tell me ) -maybe a rental dreamcast from a shop. -maybe nothings Its a sticker but not really. Not easy to explain , not the same of a other limited dreamcast whit number.
Could be something handed out to Game-Planet from Infogrames to review their games on? I guess we sort of need to know in which country this popped up in and if someone knows that game-planet logo.
Infogrames had a few different special editions made. Well, I say 'special edition' but they're just standard Dreamcasts with a print on the GD lid. Another type they had made was a UEFA Striker branded system which was given away in a competition in the U.K. magazine Dreamcast Monthly. Got no reason to doubt the one pictured here was made as a promo item. As for the R7 sticker, I suspect that the number may be a reference to the original batch it was a part of. Does if have a broadband adapter on it or a standard dial up modem (should say Line or Lan)?
