Im tired of looking for info online, can anyone tell me what this is and used for? thought it was a xbox1 link cable or something because its black but then noticed its for 360. both ends are molded to fit two units not some other device. but why? never understood why M$ had to make its cables and ac's so damn large. its like going back 30 years in the industry. wouldn't have bothered posting if it wasn't for the microsoft serial number: Microsoft P/N: X804370-001 Foxlink P/N: 6193-1035-0184 thrift store has a case of them. any help would be appreciated.
It's to be used with the Medusa Kiosk Units. http://www.assemblergames.com/forums/showthread.php?42567-X360-Medusa-Unit-Kiosk-Control-Unit
Yep, definitely used to connect a Xbox to the Medusa Kiosk Control Pack. It's somewhat uncommon to find them loose like this, they normally come together with the Medusa.
Normally yes but the first thought that came to my head was this: Because thrift stores always have this weird shit separated from the rest of the kit. Rarely do I find a complete set of anything but they'll happily stock unusual parts.
ah thanks guys,i knew assembler would come to the rescue! very interesting info. if anyone needs one let me know, they are 4.99 each. this store usually throws away things after a week or 2 so i dont expect them to be there that long cluttering the store.
They through it out? let them know if they cant sell them to give you a call and go get them for free.
