N64 foam storage thread

Hi all, looking for a thread on n64 foam storage for console, games and controllers etc...A member worked in a foam packaging company and could make bespoke n64 storage..any help would be appreciated, thanks.

 

I don't work for an EPS company but deal with them since they produce the packing for the stuff my company sells. What do you need to know?

 

Hi there. Thanks for getting back. I'm interested in custom inserts for EU/Jap N64 and DRV64 console boxes (replacing the styrofoam ones) and I'm particularly interested in custom foam inner tray game box replacements ( replacing the card ones). Thanks again for checking in. Steve

 

So if I understand correct you want to replace existing packing that may be EPS/card/whatever with EPS? What sort of quantity are you talking about?

 

Hi there. I'm looking at the type of grey foam used in tool cases etc. As for quantities i'd want around 200 game box inserts. I have two EU N64 boxes, two Jap N64 boxes and two DRV64 boxes. I realise that it all may be impractical. I saw a thread on here and a guy had made some molds for N64 controllers and games.

 

Seems I got my sites mixed up. Found the thread I was looking for. If I can get done what I'm hoping to i will post back some pics. Thanks

 

Is that grey foam your talking about relatively hard or soft?
