    Hi,

I like to hears experiences about this two Nintedno 64 combined Controller pak's/Rumble pak's from brand Piranha:

    First one:

    Second one:

Let me know how stable is memory on this pak's if you have it. They use compresions for saves ort not ?
I not have any acessories from brand "Piranha" ... it's good brand or ?
Also if they need batteries for rumble(vibration) function or use just power fron N64 joypad like my "Sound Wave"(describe of sound wave lower).

Here is my experiences with 3rd party memory cards or combined memory/vibrations paks I allready have:

I allready have combined Controller pak/Rumble pak from blaze(with is in other accesories very good brand) with switchable 4bank(total 1MB) and second switch for memory pak/rumble-vibration function(vibrations use 2xAAA batterie)but it's totaly SHIT !! It's corrupt saves even when I replace CR 2032 batterie battery.
Probably use compression for saves and that type of memory card is IMHO all bad.

From 3rd party Controller pak's - memory cards only(not combined) for N64 is my best "Memory card Plus" from Performance. It has 4xmemory bank woth switch and is even better that original N64 card's. Before few years it has some problems on one bank but after I replace battery it's perfect ! I mean that this one not use compression for saves.

I also have "Shock Wave" 1 MB memory pak combined with sound vibrations(not use any battery, it's powered from N64 joypad). It's also very good but his capacity is not dividet to 4x256kb like on most N64 1MB memory card's and some games have problem read such big card. Also if you use headphones than you have vibrations only through "fast buttons mashing" but good is that you not need to switch between memory/rumble, only one button on this combined memory/sound vibrations is for selecting sensitivity for sound. But still is good 3rd party combined memory card/vibration unit.

Let me know all your experiences abut 3rd party memory cards, combined rumble pak/memory card etc.

IT WILL BE PERFECT CREATE HERE DATABASE OF ALL N64 MEMORY CARDS AND COMBINED MEMORY/VIBRATION UNITS OF ALL BRANDS, IS MANY DATABASES WITH N64 ACESSORIES BUT SUCH DATABASE OF MEMORY PAK'S IS MISSING ON ALL SITES. IT'S EXIST MUCH MORE MEMORY CARD'S FOR N64 THAN PEOPLE MEAN, DOZENS OF TYPES FROM MANY BRANDS !!!

HELP ME CREATE HERE DATABASE OF IT AND OF CURSE EXPERIENCES WITH THEM.

I got a clear blue Naki one (called the "rocker") that has always worked well. The rumble was decent & used the controller as its power source. 1MB divided four ways.
