I remember a while back seeing a website with a load of pictures of the different N64 systems that were released worldwide, but I cannot find it any more. Does anyone know what this site is?

Hmm, that wasn't the one, but I never thought to look on Barry's site - thanks! The one I remember was sort of similar, but I think the pictures were centred with text underneath..... and it had consoles from all over the world. I remember them having the Pikachu console, and I think the European Battle Set.
