Hello, I'm tackling an issue with a NUS-CPU-04 N64 RGB mod.

I have sync, but the picture is yellow and blue. I checked each color channel using my Sony BVM and red, green, and blue all show up fine on their own.

When combined, all reds become yellow, blue seems fine.

Is this more of an RGB mod issue, or is it the scart cable I'm using with my N64?

Could you take a couple of pictures, of the mod on the motherboard?

Check if you have a short between green and red.

You sure you've got the correct RGB signals going to the correct points on the MultiAV connector? I've swapped lines before and not realized it until after the owner gets it back and tests it. Since then I've changed which game I use to test my RGB mods as well as how long I actually play the game.

If you've got *anything* going to the outputs you'll get a signal on each line individually but when they get overlaid on screen together you can get some funky results. Kinda cool at times.

Definitely looks like your red signal is shorted to green. In the green only shot, Mario's cap is bright green. Since his cap is red in color, it should appear nearly black on both the green and blue channels.

It was a short, but it was being caused by my soic to dip adapter, I soldered directly to the amp and now I have no color issues.

    Thanks for the help!
