I know it is a longshot, but does anyone have info on this build? There was an ebay listing not too long ago but the seller didn't give too much info from what I recall, beyond showing the cart and opening menu screen which had Build 33 displayed on it. I think the cheat menu may have been unlocked as well. I don't think I saved any of the auction photos and can't seem to find the listing now (this was only a few months ago so I'd think it is still accessible but not showing up in sold listing results) but maybe someone else here did.

Awesome! Glad someone was more on the ball than I was with saving stuff. Yeah, I was definitely tempted to make an offer on it, but I'm not big enough of an N64 collector to spring for it at that price if the only difference is the Build 33 marker.
That'd certainly be awesome, but I guess without other info I tend to be a little skeptical of build numbers or versions when it comes to deciding degree of completion. Hopefully whoever has it can shine some light as to the contents!
Unfortunately I passed on it, I had just bought a heap and I was a bit dubious that it had any differences. Edit** Actually now I remember I put in an offer of about $400 and it sold right after that, I really didn't expect it to sell for that and so quickly too.
