Many of you may have remembered the Wishtech Adaptoids, N64 controller to PC adapters, made years ago. It has been known for its rumble support and being the most compatible N64 controller to PC adapter. Ever since production ceased, they have re-sold up to $100+ on eBay. Amazingly these products have made a return and are being sold for $36.00 USD! Don't miss your chance on an excellent N64 to PC experience by visiting the ZTNet Store and reserving this product!

    Are these really the best?

What emulators feature the option to use rumble support?

Problem is the N64 Analog sticks suck. They were out and aren't very nice. To use a N64 controller I'd need to remove the analog stick entirely and replace it with a better one. It sucked that bad. ;O

that's because they use a laser-metric technique which counts wheel "clicks" (with the wheel shutter) instead of having a potentiometer like all today's thumbsticks.

that said, i did find it to be more accurate (When new)

I always had to hold the analog sticks with two fingers (my left index finger & thumb), believe it or not.

The way I held the controller was with my left ring & pinky fingers on the left prong, my left middle finger across the D-pad, my left index finger & thumb holding the joystick, my right thumb over the "A" & "B" button (also used for the "C" buttons), my right index finger on the "R" button, my right middle finger on the "Z" button, and my right ring & pinky fingers on the left prong.

I would've preferred if Nintendo kept this beta anolog stick, for a better grip:

this version of the controller has lowered C-buttons, which i found uncomfortable. The stick was ok though although it lacks the 8 "slot" positions.

for me, the n64 controller released, if new , is the best controller ever. I do have a slight complaint regarding the rumble pak's weight though.

much more comfortable for hours upon hours of play compared to even the GC controller which is still very comfortable (I prefer the GC one over the 360)

I think that I am going to have to get in on this order of them. If I end up not using it I can always put it on eBay and get $100+ based off the previous auctions I have seen.
