Tough call. Price seems a little high but these are getting rare esp the 102. I'd look into an XRGB. You'll get more bang for your buck. If you are looking for the ultimate setup with speed and quality in mind. You'll want to pair this VP30 with an OSSC. And at that point the abt102 chip doesn't do much for you. yeah I checked that site, it got an mention as a good 240p upsacler - i also just pick up an iscan doubler v2 for $10
