I was wondering if anyone tried to analyze the Naomi controller connector yet? Would be cool to be able to connect steering wheels (or at least analog controls) to it etc. Would feeding the signal through a USB analyzer do any good, or would it most likely use the same "maple bus" thing as dreamcast and thus not be so easy to analyze through a USB signal analyzer?

IIRC Naomi uses JVS, which is a documented standard used across the arcade industry. Unfortunately I think the only documentation that has turned up is in Japanese. However there is an effort to getting it emulated.
