    Seconded.
Acclaim and Midway pimped this series to DEATH back in the 90's.

There was NBA Jam, NBA Jam TE, College Jam, Space Jam, and then the NBA Hangtime series.

    I've had my fill thanks.

I have the Wii version and the SNES version and honestly they both feel pretty ok. It's not my ideal type of challenge though.

I'll probably wait till i can find it used, Still think NBA Hnagtime was the best of the "series"

Arcade version was ok -- they had it in my college's game room and I remember that you could "save" your season by way of a username.

But the N64 version was remarkably close to the arcade...probably the closest arcade-to-home conversion on that system.

I was gonna buy the Wii version, but screw that, the 360 version has everything that version has plus online. Besides, it seems to have had a really limited European release.
Dunno where you got XBLA/PSN from though, since everything I've seen says it's gonna be out on disc.

I have the PS1 version of NBA JAM: TE. It's a cheap fun game and i think the best arcade port.

I might get this remake, but only if it costs 10 bucks.

I now doubt its a PSN/XBL release as well, I tried finding the source that mentioned that but it seems gone, and i can now only find a normal release.. if this is going to be a 50 bucks release then I am probably going to skip it, ill go max 20 on PSN/fysical media.

Yeah It's bullshit that they where going to give it away for free with NBA Elite, now they are making it a $50 title. This is the only game I will ever encourage people to download the crap out of it. You can not take a free game add an already planned DLC to the disc and charge $50 for it. I hope it hurts them more then the failure of elite 11. Don't get me wrong I love the game but charging as much for it as they are is totally insane. I hope it flops.

It's hilarious how they canceled Elite
Besides, the version they were gonna release for "free" was gonna be some kinda crippled version anyway. And I wouldn't have wanted to pay for some stupid NBA sim.

I have the version that was free, and the dlc to unlock all the extra stuff, and that came out before elite was pushed back. They are releasing the same exact game just on a disc and without the dlc that unlocks everything, you can bet on that. It's worth $20 and being and arcade title, but not worth anywhere close to $50, the people that bought it on the Wii got ripped off.
