I modded my Xbox with Ndure 3.1 / XboxHDM 1.9, when I got it working the display on the LCD Tv was messed up in Hi Def, the screen looked blurry and washed out. I investigated and found that files had not been transferred from the Ndure 3.1 install folder to E:/NKP11, I also read somewhere that these files must be transferred manually, but the tutorial I followed said nothing of this. So transfer the files in the Ndure 3.1 NKP11 install folder to E:/NKP11, they are from memory Clock.xbe and Boot1.bin, but whatever, its the files in the NKP11 install folder. And reboot. Then if your HiDef Video is still messed up you can do this, Using notepad in windows create two files: 1. Eeprom_off.bin Just rename it to this removing the .txt extension and putting .bin there. The file will be empty. 2. Video.bin This time put a single "0" without the quotation marks in this file. Put a copy of the Eeprom_off.bin in the E/NKP11 directory on the Xbox and a copy of the Video.bin as well. Then put a copy of Eeprom_off.bin in the root directory of E, that is E:/ This is what I did and now everything works as it should, Hi Def looks magnificent. Oh and don't forget that you need a component video cable and to turn on the 480p, 720p & 1080i modes in MsDashboard. To see that this works you can hold in both triggers on the controller and then press down on both thumbsticks, the screen should flash and be in 480p. Don't ask me how it works I am not that smart. Use at your own risk, because it worked for me I can't guarantee it will work for you.
