That's assuming you know where it came from. If it's a random unit with no proof of heritage, I would assume it came from a Chinese repair reseller and wouldn't even place it that high.

Remember, a lot of those systems were sent to be destroyed and were instead illegally resold. Those that get out that way are usually flaky and don't last long.
