Is it possible to do a rom dump with A snes nakitek game saver and a sd2snes somehow?
i don't see how it would be possible but i bought some games on craigslist with a copy of doom.
i was going to use it as a SNES shell but then saw a sticker on the PCB saying v0.1 so i am wondering if i have a rare pre-final copy or something?
can i get something cheap like a retron and use it to dump a cart?

Doom has Super FX2 enhancement chip, so its not as simple to dump. Some old copiers could dump the game. I don't know about the retron or the other things you listed, but a Retrode could do it and is very simple+minimal. Unfortunately, not in stock last I checked - EDIT: Disregard that, Retrode 2 devices are in stock at the Dragonbox Shop. This is probably your best option for simplicity & modern device. Simply plug game+Retrode 2 into PC and the ROM is available.
