The game in-side the gameboy is pokemon sapphire if that is what you're asking about. But, you say he scammed you? What happened?

Little dirt bag, failed to send 3 games. Pokemon Blue blatantly in the photo, pokemon sapphire and winnie the pooh.

He claims pokemon sapphire was never in the photo or gameboy, clearly is and was my reason on bidding on it.

He claimed in one e-mail never having had sapphire, then I pull up another ad he posted an hour after I paid for the lot, of another gameboy lot which he posted sapphire and pokemon blue in it.
Clearly ripping me off, and offered me this line "I'll send blue but not sapphire as it is not in the photo or you can send me everything back at your cost and I can refund what you paid".

Keep in mind this is not e-bay and the fucker really is not held accountable other than his account. 1st douche in 100 purchases over the past year.

I guess I cut my losses and get the pokemon blue but no sapphire and obv report.

The pokemon gameboy was in awful condition, scraping all over the top, what a poor bastard.

Personally I'd return the lot to him if shipping isn't much or try to get some authorities involved for this scam. That damage to the console would really burn my chicken.

Get the authorities involved because of a missing game you cant even see in the picture unless you are eagle eyed?

If he was intentionally selling it, id imagine it would be out of the console and on display...

Eagle eye it? Its in plain site and easy to tell. But yeah, I see your point. Getting the authorities involved is a little extreme...

That shadow doesn't tell us anything. Could be a bootleg for all we know.

A for sale advert is exactly that. Go by the text, not the photo. If the text says "everything as seen in the photo", that's a different matter.

If you buy an item with a poor listing that doesn't mention what games are included or the condition of the item, then I'm afraid that's your own fault for not checking beforehand.
