Need Help Out Of Options

    I am directly wiring the component cables to the motherboard of the xbox 360 . I have followed the steps provided on this site but all i get is sound no picture. this is what i have where hopefully someone can point out whats missing. red pin 3 - yellow pin 4 - blue pin 8. not sure what to do with the use component pins tried grounding it but nothing. all audio is fine. what do i do next? all grounds for these wires are grounded to the same location. Is that a problem? Please someone put me in the right direction with this

    The xbox 360 component cable has an SD/HD switch. Not exactly sure why or what it does, but could be one issue.

    Why would you fasten them directly to the mobo? Having the cables as they are provides a nice quick-disconnect feature...
