I bought a bunch of video game accessories a few days ago. It contains a cable which I cannot identify. Probably someone can tell me for which system I can use it or probably it has nothing to do with videogames at all?

some part of an rf modulator. the part with the pin goes on the cable connector on the back of an old tv. Look up rabbit ears and you'll see same connector.

Looks like an extension for a coaxial cable to me?

    No, that would be threaded.

On old tvs, there were two screws. You could loosen them and screw in two wires, which could go to a uhf or rf block. Just look up atari tv switch.

Isn't this a BNC Cable? If it locks with that little slot on its insides, it's BNC.

What console uses BNC? It's more for like... old Television equipment and stuff.

Not all of them are threaded. I have a few rf switches and cable tv cords with push-on F connectors.

Looks too small/crumby for BNC. I'm going to go with Calpis.

Mmmm, the wedge in it did look BNC like, but yeah, they tend to be a bit more... dense.

BNC are very distinctive, just one crucial characteristic is that you turn them to lock into place, so these are not BNC. What I believe this cable does is connect a Belling-Lee output to a F connector input (F is the common aerial/RF connector used today).
