Hi, I won a spare part for a friend's laptop on ebay.de, and I figured I could pay using IBAN/BIC... but apparently, my bank doesnt like IBAN/BIC transfer and I first have to request specific forms and mail them, and I'm afraid the seller doesn't want to wait that long.
