[Solved]Need help with creating .xbx for XBE Shortcut Maker Yay the forum is back up! now with that out of the way I need some help on a few things Xbox related but lets start with this one I have a retail 1.0 I have softmodded and upgraded the HDD on, I have also installed the XDK and run the debug bios via PBL All that works fine but as people know E:\ is rather small so I can't keep much there but F:\ is all good so I put everything including beta's or general debug stuff there and link it to my XDK Tools folder with a shortcut, this also works fine but I want it all to look nice so I would like to extract the image from say the Kamio beta and want to make a shortcut with the right image The problem is I need a .XBX of it and I can only extract them in .BMP so what now? I have tried XBX Creator 1.0b but while it makes a .XBX it doesn't work (no image not even default) I use XBEExplorer to extract the image and am using XBE Shortcut Maker 2.0 Tl;Dr: I need to convert a .BMP image to XBX for use with XBE Shortcut maker EDIT: So I manged to figure it out myself ^__^ First off don't use Shortcut Maker 2.0 instead use 1.0 and second the Xbox stores the TitleImage.xbx in e:\UDATA so just run whatever game once then grab it from there for use with the shortcut maker
