The back of the xbox 360 where you plug in for the tv is broke so I'm going to solder the wires directly to the motherboard. But I really need to know which wires go where for component output without using the switch on the cord. Can someone please help? I got the audio already done but can't figure out the video part. I really need to know which wire goes where. the blue wire red wire green wire and which pins to jump to use component output

why don't you just buy a RROD motherboard and desolder the component port on that to your motherboard? That would make things a lot more simple.

I doubt you even need to buy one... I have to turn them down from people trying to give them to me.

Replacing the connector is what I would do. If you solder the wires to the board, there will come a day when the console is suddenly moved or bumped and they will tear out the wires, or worse, lift the pads on the mobo.
