Hello, I am interested in getting many of my most wanted games for cheap on Yahoo groups, but I need a bit of help in creating an account. The thing is that yes, I have heard of rinkya.com but they're crazy if they think I am giving them 20-35 bucks for every 10 I bid. There are translators out there and I'm sure these people would ship to US, if asked and offered enough money. So if anyone has used this on their own before and can give me a hand, I 'd appreciate it

Post reply or write to ddp72984@aol.com or AIM ddp72984

    Thanks

Unfortunately most sellers really wont ship outside of Japan, nor will you be able to pay them or Yahoo for the service.

ddp72984 rinkya is only that expensive when you can't read and I doubt anybody is interested in shipping stuff for 5 bucks to you and cover all the other costs (yahoo japan fees etc.).

You would have to pay for your yahoo acc because they charge fees, nobody would ship to the US neither speak english and I doubt anybody who lives in Japan and is on the board now would be so dumb to waste time on you for 1-5$.

Bottom line: Only stuff over 10.000Yen is worth the trouble and fees incl. shipping to you will cost you up to 100% of the ending price.Otherwise just buy the stuff from eBay and don't try to fool ppl.

    hey

I understood the directions perfectly, and I'm not saying that they are bad or nothing, but it is a bit odd to pay 10 bucks for the item in mention and yet have to give these guys 20-25 bucks for it.
I can perfectly understand if I bought a japanese system or a truckload of games, but at the same time, a lot of crap in Japan has never seen the light of day in America. (ie Spartan X2 for Famicom)
The ways things are going, I'm gonna have to pay them anyways.

    Thanks anyways

If people would do it this cheap, they would be advertising. In all honesty, I only surrogate bid for an item one time, b/c the guy offered to give me double the ending bid of 3000 yen, which I thought was worth the time.

In all honesty - it *IS* a big pain in the ass to order stuff for people. The main thing you're paying for is translation service, which by definition should be quite expensive.

I wish it were a prettier picture - I'll be in the same boat before the year is out.
